Kadūra is an Aussie-born, scalp-first haircare brand built on one simple idea: Australian hair needs Australian solutions. Our formulas are designed for local conditions—sun, surf, sweat and all—using native botanicals and modern haircare science to support healthy-looking hair from the roots up.

Why does Kadūra use Australian botanicals?

Because they work. We use native ingredients like Kakadu Plum, alongside proven botanical oils and extracts—like rosemary, tea tree, camellia, macadamia, marula, jojoba and ginseng—each chosen to target specific hair and scalp needs.

How long do Kadūra products last?

We recommend using your products within 12 months of opening for best results.

How should I store my products?

Keep them at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Hot car dashboards = not ideal.

Do you test on animals?

Nope. Never have, never will.

Are Kadūra products vegan?

Yes—all Kadūra products are 100% vegan-friendly.

Shipping

Where does Kadūra ship?

We currently ship globally, with some destinations temporarily unavailable. Additional countries will be added as we continue expanding our shipping network.

What is the cost of shipping?

Australia orders Orders over $70 receive free standard shipping. If your order is below $70, we charge a flat rate of $6.90 for standard shipping anywhere in Australia. You can expect delivery in 3–7 business days. In a rush? No problem. We also offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $25. You can expect delivery in approximately 2 business days. International orders International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Once you place an order, we’ll process and ship it. Processing can take 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 6pm AEST, or over the weekend, will ship the next business day. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return / exchange policy?

We offer a return or exchange within 21 days of you receiving the product. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping charges.

How do I organise a return or exchange?

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

We go to extremes to make sure our products get to their new home safe and sound, but sometimes shipping can be tough on packages. Send us an email at info@kadurabeauty.com.au and we can organise a replacement.
