Thank you for shopping with Kadūra Beauty — Scalp-First Botanical Haircare from Australia.
We take great care in preparing and delivering your order so you can enjoy our products as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed from our Sydney fulfilment centre during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM AEST, excluding public holidays).
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout — Kadūra is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
2. Shipping within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide via trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days (metro areas)

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

Regional or remote areas may take longer.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49.99 AUD within Australia.
3. International Shipping
Hey international fans! We're busy sorting out overseas shipping so you can get your hands on our products too. Keep an eye out for updates!
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
If your tracking information hasn’t updated after several days, please contact the courier first. If you still need help, reach out to us at info@kadurabeauty.com.au and our team will assist you.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier backlogs, or customs clearance.
Kadūra Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors once your parcel has been dispatched.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us at info@kadurabeauty.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

7. Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all products are available.
You may contact us if you’d like to split your shipment (additional fees may apply).
