Kadūra Return & Refund Policy

At Kadūra, every product is crafted with care, safety, and quality at heart.
We want you to love your scalp and haircare experience with confidence.

Returns & Exchanges

To protect product integrity and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product’s outer seal or protective film has been removed — unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged.

Please check your order carefully before opening the packaging.

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • There is a proven manufacturing fault.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email our support team at info@kadurabeauty.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without authorisation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, opened products, or personal dislike of scent or texture.

  • Kadūra reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

  • This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, under which you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure.
